Mate, sorry about the delay, up the coast running a self/team leadership retreat. Surfs up suns out, it is a beautiful day here in Queensland Australia.
YOUR signature, starts out as a reflection of how you want the world to see you Young people developing signatures are wrongly guided to scribble it out, to make it “hard to copy”
Many years ago I was a policeman and then worked for 6 years in a Therapeutic community for maximum security inmates, I got to know, partially understand a lot of criminal minds. I have to tell you that the easiest signatures forgers liked to copy were “scribbled” signatures. Clear legible signatures have more points of reference to authenticate than scribbled ones.
Your signature is how you want to be seen in the world, your handwriting is how you really are. If your signature is vastly different to your normal scribe then, well you are a little incongruent or subtly arrogant.
Every time you do your signature you make a statement to yourself and the world, “This is me, this is who I am” it is your authority in the world…sign a credit card slip, $10,000 credit…no problem. (Substituting numbers for a credit card authority, interesting de personalizing, power suck of your humanity)
Don’s signature vs his quick analysis of a few days ago
Don, where the surname is superimposed over the top of the christian name suggests you had a domineering family that still effects the way you think act and react, very strongly today. The scribbled version, I know you say,” I sign it so often it ends up a scrawl” this is a subtle form of arrogance, as your signature is mostly for other peoples benefit/authorising your compliance/agreement . You are basically saying 3 things
1. Your brain is so quick, your hand cannot keep up with your head (or you are not controlling the world & over committing yourself, which is another whole long story!)
2. I am not really totally committed to this, scrawl the signature out
3. my time is more important than yours, I will scribble this, you get out of the way, and work the signature out for yourself.
Don, your signature also suggests you are great at finding the line of least resistance, make hard thing easy.
Sharp edges on your down curled finishing strokes, can be a bit cynical @ times, with a great sharp wit and @ times, sarcastic tongue.
The only thing you will probably remember from this analysis though Don, is the big loops in your bottom zone = right time place and circumstance, you are a sexual athlete!

P.S I will send you an article on how to create your best signature to post, from my upcoming book.
I found this really interesting. I was wondering about lying on the internet? Can you do an episode on that? With the advent of the internet to connect humans (facebook, for instance) and absence of body language, it would take a pretty smart person to put the pieces together – I'm sure a book on that would make millions.

Pretty accurate.
